Pricing FAQ
What counts as a device?
Any routed or switched infrastructure device: a switch, router, firewall, wireless controller or load balancer. Access points count as a quarter of a device. Endpoints such as PCs, phones and printers are free.
Where does NetManager run?
On your own server, in Docker, on Linux or Windows. Your device credentials stay on your network.
Can I add devices mid-term?
Yes. Add devices at any time and we true up each quarter. Reductions take effect at renewal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 30 days of Professional, no credit card. Community stays free for up to 10 devices after that.
Do I need services to get started?
No. Most teams install NetManager themselves. Onboarding packages are there if you want us to do it, and QuickStart is free with an annual Professional plan during launch.
